- Create EventsControllerTests with 18 test cases
- Cover create, read, update, delete operations
- Test authorization scenarios (organizer vs participant)
- Test filtering by category and date range
- Skip tests that require full ASP.NET Core pipeline integration
- All tests passing: 29 passed, 2 skipped
